Problem: Querying ARCA/AFIP's 49 web services is slow and noisy — PDF manuals, WSDLs, and error codes scattered across pages.

Solution: MCP (Model Context Protocol) server with a full RAG pipeline: scraping, HTML/PDF/WSDL parsing, recursive chunking, embeddings (multilingual-e5-small via Hugging Face Transformers), and SQLite + sqlite-vec as the vector store.
